About the Role
Google is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to drive operational excellence, support GTM initiatives, and build data-driven insights. You will manage project components independently, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver reporting solutions that enable strong business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope and manage workstreams with limited guidance.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, influence decisions, and support GTM strategy.
- Build dashboards and reporting solutions to track key sales and revenue metrics.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines (SQL/ETL) to ensure a single source of truth.
- Analyze sales and revenue data to generate actionable insights.
- Support business cadence, process improvements, and operational rigor.
- Conduct strategic assessments and recommend solutions to business challenges.
- Help activate product/sales enablement strategies and contribute to business cases.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in consulting, sales ops, strategy, IB/VC/PE, or corporate advisory
- 2+ years with advanced degree.
4+ years analyzing sales/revenue data in a global environment.
4+ years in data analysis, SQL/ETL pipeline design, and dashboard tools (PLX, Tableau, Qlik).
