The position will be responsible for building a world-class IT department, as well as the management of the IT infrastructure and business solutions, end-user services and compliance to industry standards.Successfully complete IT acquisition integrations within the timeline committed by the Board of Directors, meeting 'done-done' criteria.Establish and sustain effective monitoring and incident management processes to ensure IT operational reliability.Ensure the IT team efficiently resolves a growing volume of complex support tickets.Maintain an internal customer satisfaction (CSAT) rating of at least 90% with a 10% response rate for closed IT tickets.Lead and optimize the integration process for Delivery Engine (DE) teams post-acquisition, ensuring seamless operational and cultural alignment CompetenciesAbility to maintain effective performance and emotional control when faced with stress or challenging situationsAbility to identify potential issues before they arise and effectively address them to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunitiesEngages in long-term planning to align with future market trends and organizational vision.Plans and aligns IT infrastructure to support business growth and operational needs.Implements disaster recovery plans to ensure operational continuity.
