Why We Have This Role
Our company is growing, and with growth comes change—especially around how we use and manage our physical spaces. This role is key to ensuring we have a clear understanding of where people are sitting, how space is being used, and how real estate activities such as lease management and move planning are handled efficiently. You'll partner closely with leadership, facilities, and real estate teams to keep our space and data aligned with business needs, making sure we're ready for what's next. By proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, you will help create a more flexible and productive work environment.How You'll Find Success
- Proactively manage and audit space assignments to keep seating and facilities data accurate.
- Develop clear, practical move plans that get leadership buy-in and minimize disruption.
- Stay organized and detail-oriented with lease management and database upkeep.
- Understand company capacity and current usage to inform space planning decisions.
- Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to coordinate moves, adds, and changes smoothly.
- Work independently with a sense of ownership to get things done in a timely manner.
- Be adaptable and responsive in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.

Things You'll Do
- Maintain accurate space plans and seating charts so the company always knows where people are located.
- Conduct regular space audits to verify data accuracy and identify opportunities for better utilization.
- Plan and coordinate moves, adds, and changes (MACs), creating detailed move plans that align with leadership priorities.
- Manage the lease and real estate database, ensuring data is current and reliable.
- Monitor company capacity against current seating to identify gaps or overages and advise stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leadership and facilities teams to support real estate and space management initiatives.
What We're Looking For On Your Resume
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in space management, facilities coordination, or a related field.
- Proven ability to create move plans and coordinate moves, adds, and changes effectively.
- Familiarity with lease management and maintaining real estate databases.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail managing data related to space and occupancy.
- Experience working with leadership to align space plans with company needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate clearly.
