Job Summary
We are a 100% commercial roofing contractor experiencing rapid growth across the Tennessee and beyond. NO residential work — ever. We focus exclusively on large commercial, industrial, and institutional roofing projects, giving our sales team the ability to close bigger deals with bigger commissions.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a proven "Hunter" — someone who lives for the chase, thrives on building new relationships, and consistently closes high-ticket commercial deals. If you have a track record of success in B2B sales (roofing, construction, building materials, mechanical/HVAC, solar, or any high-ticket industry), we want you.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of documented success in high-ticket B2B sales ($100K+ average ticket preferred)
- Commercial roofing experience is a plus but NOT required — we will train the right hunter
- Relentless work ethic and a burning desire to earn six figures (and beyond)
- Ability to prospect, cold call, network, and self-generate leads
- Professional appearance and communication skills — you'll be in front of property managers, facility directors, and C-suite decision makers
- References including previous employment. (We will call them)
Industry-Leading Compensation – Uncapped Earnings
- $40,000 Base Salary (paid weekly)
- Aggressive commission paid off the top (not profit — you get paid on gross revenue)
Commission Structure:
- 4% on the first $1,000,000 in annual sales
- 7% on $1,000,001 – $2,000,000
- 10% on $2,000,001 – $3,000,000
- 12% on everything over $3,000,000
Realistic Year 1 potential: $120K–$200K+
Top performers are already clearing $300K+ annually.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target commercial clients within assigned territories.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our roofing solutions.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while maintaining professional relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with management on marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings to stay ahead in the marketplace.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on commercial or industrial markets.
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account development independently.
- Expertise in lead generation techniques including cold calling and networking.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for product demos and client interactions.
- Ability to analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Knowledge of roofing products, technical specifications, or construction industry standards is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
