We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Regional Manager to join our expanding Dental Group. In this role, you will oversee our five successful dental practices within your designated region, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards of patient care, and driving business growth. We do not require someone with a a dental background for this role - just a succcesful manager. We will teach you the dental side,

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and support to each practice's office manager, coaching them to achieve their annual goals and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will actively reinforce a culture of quality service, teamwork, and accountability throughout all offices.

This position requires some travel within your assigned region and presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced dental professional looking to take the next step in their career or for an experienced manager to grow into a great career in dental.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations of multiple dental offices, providing coaching and support to practice managers
  • Implement strategies to improve office performance, increase patient satisfaction, and maximize profitability
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality service delivery
  • Promote best practice initiatives and standard operating procedures
  • Manage budgets and financial performance of each office
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment by motivating and developing team members
  • Serve as a liaison between dental practices and corporate management

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years l
    eadership and management experience, including the ability to manage teams and collaborate with other departments
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of improving office performance and achieving business objectives
  • Ability to travel regularly within assigned region
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with office software and tools
  • Experience in the recruiting or staffing industry is beneficial
