Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 base salary

Position Summary:

A leading national fleet services organization is seeking a Parts Analyst with strong data and inventory management experience. This role combines automotive parts knowledge with advanced analytics to optimize stocking levels, build dashboards, and support field operations. The ideal candidate has experience with BI tools such as DOMO/Power BI, SQL, and ERP/WMS systems, and can translate data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain DOMO/Power BI dashboards to track performance and trends.

  • Analyze stocking levels and usage reports to set optimal inventory standards.

  • Develop VIN-to-Part catalogs and cross-reference files within ERP/WMS systems.

  • Identify root causes of stockouts, fill rate issues, and performance gaps using advanced analytics.

  • Support new shop launches by establishing inventory levels and coordinating with vendors.

  • Collaborate with remote leadership and cross-functional teams on projects and field issue resolution.

Qualifications:
  • Mix of automotive parts distribution and data analytics experience required

  • Proven track record with DOMO/Power BI and SQL.

  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with ERP/WMS systems.

  • Ability to interpret data, build reports, and recommend solutions.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, collaborative environment.
