Job Description- Perform structural inspections for the following structural elements: (CMU, cast-in-place concrete, reinforcement steel, shoring/re-shoring, post-tension cable, precast)
- This position requires the inspector to be comfortable working at different heights and inclement weather
- Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
Threshold Inspector Requirements:
- Five years of construction experience
- Two years of post-tension experience
- Threshold Inspection experience
- Valid Driver's license required.
- State of Florida Standard Building Inspector (BN) License is required
- Commercial building, post tension
(Electrical, mechanical and plumbing, 1&2 Family Residential, a plus)
