The Mandate: Strategic Leadership and Ecosystem Mastery
This is a strategy-first, relationship-driven leadership role. Your mandate is to design, build, and nurture a high-value ecosystem for owners and operators in the home service industry (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.). You will not be selling; you will be facilitating an environment where industry leaders come to us for insight and connection.
Your expertise will be leveraged to:
Strategically Identify and Curate the right industry leaders for targeted, high-level roundtable events.Lead and Moderate sophisticated group discussions, guiding the conversation around advanced topics like AI for operational efficiency, dispatching, and customer experience.Build and Nurture a niche, influential community of home service professionals, establishing AI4Teams as the essential thought leader.Design and Implement long-term engagement workflows that drive organic momentum and strategic partnerships.Conduct High-Value Outreach that is authentic, personalized, and focused on peer-to-peer connection, not copy-paste spam.Collaborate Directly with Founders on market strategy, content direction, and identifying new opportunities for growth and partnership.Mentor and Guide future team members as the ecosystem expands.What This Role Is Not
This is not a transactional sales role. Your success will not be measured by daily call volume or hard-closing techniques. We are not looking for a "dial-for-dollars" mindset. We are looking for a strategic operator who understands that the biggest wins come from building trust and delivering undeniable value over time. A Day in the Life: Autonomy and Impact
Your day is structured by impact, not by a clock. You might begin by analyzing the current market landscape to identify a strategic gap for a new, high-level roundtable topic. You will then execute personalized, high-touch outreach to a select group of C-suite executives, inviting them to contribute to a peer-only discussion.
Later, you will be leading a co-hosted roundtable, expertly guiding the conversation among industry veterans. Following the event, you will design the strategic follow-up sequence, ensuring every participant receives tailored resources and a clear, non-sales-driven path to continued engagement. You will also dedicate time to collaborating with the leadership team on refining our long-term community strategy and identifying key strategic partners.
