Overview

We are looking for a hardworking and friendly Server/Bartender to join our family-owned Mediterranean restaurant. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, is familiar with a family-oriented environment, and has a willingness to learn about Mediterranean flavors and beverages.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using square POS systems, ensuring all requests are noted.
  • Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
  • Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, providing timely service and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
