Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to support our construction project teams in delivering successful projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This energetic role involves coordinating various aspects of construction management, assisting with project scheduling, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. The ideal candidate will be bilingual and bring a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a passion for construction to help drive projects forward with efficiency and precision.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules. Use construction management software to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Support project managers in coordinating daily activities on construction sites, including tracking progress and resolving issues promptly.
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure project specifications are accurately followed and understood by all stakeholders.
  • Prepare and update project documentation, including reports, logs, and change orders, to keep all team members informed of project status.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and efficient workflow.
  • Utilize construction estimating or management software to streamline processes.
  • Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations while supporting site supervisors as needed.
  • Deliver materials as needed

Requirements

  • Bilingual preferred
  • Proven experience in construction management or as an assistant within a construction environment; prior construction site experience is highly valued.
  • Strong proficiency with project scheduling tools. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating techniques.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
  • Strong communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69, $89,000.00 per year
