Bee Seen Gear is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our production department. This role will primarily support sewing and hemming tasks, quality control, and general production needs on the shop floor.

Position: Sewing & Production Floater

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time (Weekdays Only) You pick.

Key Responsibilities:


• Perform sewing and hemming on a variety of products


• Support production workflow across multiple departments as needed


• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards


• Maintain a clean and organized work area


• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Qualifications:

Some sewing/hemming experience preferred

Outstanding attention to detail

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work well in a team environment
