We're looking for a Staff Accountant to join our Springfield-based team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, improving processes, and contributing to the financial success of a fast-growing organization.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closings and reconciliations.
  • Manage journal entries and general ledger activity.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and variances.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other departments on financial insights.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of accounting experience (CPA or pursuing CPA a plus).
  • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.
