Applicants need 1 - 2 years of previous experience, and must have a winning attitude, possess a great work ethic, and demonstrate great customer service skills.Technicians will undergo a training process in carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning.

Sales experience is a bonus.

This is a full-time role with commission on services and upgrades performed.

This is a fun, fast moving role that is a great opportunity for qualified personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior, detailed cleaning to customers.

  • Build a professional business relationship with customers.

  • Educate customer on benefits of cleaning and enhancements.

  • Encourage use of additional services and products to all customers.

  • Up-sell cleaning services and company products.

  • Provide invoices and maintain good customer relations.

  • Assess the state of the floors and carpets that need to be cleaned, apply stain and pre-cleaning treatment and clean to maximum potential

  • Carefully removing furniture to access all areas that need to be cleaned and reset furniture after cleaning.

  • Clean carpets and floors using machine and hand-washing techniques.

  • Candidates may be required to pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and criminal background check.
