The California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation (CDCR) is seeking a mission-driven leader with a genuine commitment to rehabilitation, successful reentry, and improving outcomes to serve as the Deputy Director, Program Operations with the Division of Rehabilitative Programs.

Under the administrative guidance and direction of the Director, Division of Rehabilitative Programs (DRP), the Deputy Director, Program Operations is responsible for the oversight of the statewide rehabilitative programs for adult incarcerated persons and supervised persons and related supportive program services. Specifically, the Deputy Director, Program Operations provides oversight of the DRP Program Operations Units and ensures that DRP's rehabilitative programs within institutions and in the community are operating efficiently and effectively; as well as operating within their budget; and coordinating, where appropriate, with other offices and divisions throughout the CDCR.
