As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will play a role in assisting customers and businesses with their wireless and internet service needs by providing accurate information, guiding them through sales and account set up, and ensuring they are set up for long term success with their new devices. This Entry Level Assistant Manager position is centered on delivering professional customer care while driving sales by connecting businesses with the right AT&T products and services available to them.

We are looking for dependable professionals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset for our Entry Level Assistant Manager. The Entry Level Assistant Manager candidate will be comfortable explaining service options, assisting with account setup, and ensuring each customer receives a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

Entry Level Assistant Manager Role Responsibilities:

  • Meet with business owners and customers to understand their service needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their lifestyle
  • Present AT&T products, services, and promotions that are available to them and what the benefits are
  • Walk customers through service activations, plan upgrades, device features, and billing options, ensuring a smooth and simple experience.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of AT&T's latest offerings, staying informed on new devices, plans, and service updates.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to maximize customer enrollment success and strategies for improvements
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and service-related questions, turning challenges into positive experiences
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring each interaction is respectful, informative, and solution-oriented

Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:

  • Has both interpersonal skills with the ability to actively listen and identify customer needs
  • A passion for helping people and creating positive customer interactions
  • Professional communication skills and confidence in presenting products and services
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn about the telecommunications industry.
  • Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we provide Entry Level Assistant Manager training initially

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44, $53,463.54 per year
