- No insurance license required—must be able to obtain one (we'll help).
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred (insurance sales not required).
- Backgrounds in construction, oil & gas, banking, equipment rental, or nonprofits are a plus.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Goal-driven, self-starter with a team player mindset
- Detail-oriented with critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Professional phone and office etiquette
- Proficiency in basic computer software & agency management systems
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Developand present tailored insurance quotes
- Conduct sales presentations and close deals
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
- Handle cold calls and follow-ups to drive sales growth
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Process payments and update client information
- Schedule appointments and manage sales pipelines
- Handle objections and win back clients
