Join the coolest team at Mochi Health as a Marketing Associate, where you'll have a high impact from day one. You'll work on email marketing, support PR efforts, build a fun social media presence to expand our reach, and run highly impactful product campaigns.

Not gonna lie, if I were early in my career, I'd take this role and go to the moon.

• Running email campaigns to activate, retain, and reduce churn.
• Work with the Head of Design on brand communications; social, PR, and new media.
• Help develop a brand voice that ensures we're consistent across all communications.
• All hands on deck If you see something we should be doing to drive growth marketing, jump in and make it happen.

• 0-2 years of experience
• Bachelors in STEM preferred
• Experience with Creator content and UGC is a plus
• Hungry to learn, execute, and launch your career trajectory to the moon

• Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.

We're hiring three Marketing Associates across PR, Influencer, and Affiliate. Each role plays a key part in amplifying our brand and driving measurable growth.

• PR Marketing Associate
  • A typical day includes scanning the news cycle, drafting pitches and press materials, and coordinating with journalists to secure coverage. You'll manage inbound media requests, support announcements or launches, and track all press activity to share clear insights with the broader team.
• Influencer Marketing Associate
  • You'll spend your day sourcing aligned creators, managing outreach, and coordinating deliverables with influencers. This role includes reviewing content, overseeing posting timelines, and tracking campaign performance to ensure our influencer efforts drive strong engagement and brand visibility.
• Affiliate Marketing Associate
  • Your day will focus on identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners, maintaining tracking systems, and supporting partners with creative assets and updates. You'll monitor performance data, optimize partner activity, and provide insights that help grow our affiliate channel and overall revenue.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 - $150,000 in addition to benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.

Mochi Health is an in-person company based in San Francisco, CA. Our team works together in person five days a week to foster collaboration, innovation, and strong connections. We believe that face-to-face interaction builds a culture of excellence and allows us to deliver the best outcomes for the patients and providers we serve.

For office-based roles, the standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Actual hours may vary depending on business needs and role responsibilities. All employees receive meal and rest breaks in accordance with applicable state and local laws.

For designated remote roles, this in-person policy does not apply.
