About the Role:

The
Cybersecurity Operations Analyst – DLP
is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) within the organization. This role focuses exclusively on developing and maintaining DLP policies, tuning DLP systems for optimal performance, and continuously monitoring DLP activities to prevent and detect unauthorized data access or transfer.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide governance to scrum teams, with a focus on custom development standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Committee leaders to define governance documentation and procedures for ServiceNow custom application development.
  • Guide and support scrum teams in the solution design of complex custom applications.
  • Train lead developers and development teams on advanced ServiceNow custom development techniques and best practices.
  • Assist in gathering and refining initial business and technical requirements for new custom development efforts.
  • Partner with the lead architect to evaluate, recommend, and implement new best practices and governance models.
  • Engage with external systems and applications to architect seamless integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain product and application roadmaps aligned with the overall ServiceNow platform strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field — or an equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on custom application design and development.
  • Proven experience in establishing and implementing governance frameworks for development projects.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture, including App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Applications.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working with scrum teams in an advisory or lead capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and mentor developers and technical leads.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable
:

  • Experience in governance or architecture roles within large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
  • Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or CSM modules in ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and strategies, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to enterprise software development
