Product Manager

Responsibilities
- Define and align on
North Star and supporting metrics
for multiple product areas (growth, engagement, retention, monetization). - Partner with product teams to
set analytics requirements
during product development, ensuring instrumentation and event logging are accurate, consistent, and scalable. - Collaborate with the Data Analyst and Data Science teams to
design and prioritize dashboards
for executives and cross-functional stakeholders. - Build and maintain a
cross-product measurement framework
to ensure comparability and clarity of metrics across apps - Partner with Engineering to ensure
data quality, event tracking, and instrumentation
meet business needs. - Influence senior leadership by
translating data into insights
, highlighting trade-offs, and guiding strategic decisions. - Drive a culture of
data-informed decision making
across product teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence, preferably at scale.
- Demonstrated experience in defining and operationalizing key product metrics.
- Strong understanding of data instrumentation, event tracking, and experimentation frameworks.
- Proven ability to partner with analytics, engineering, and executive teams to deliver insights that drive business impact.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex data concepts for executives.
Education:
Bachelor of Science/Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
