Why You'll Love This Role:

  • Play a critical role in representing our commitment to the highest standards of care, precision, build quality, and customer experience.
  • Work in coordination with key team members from the Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations, Technical Support, and Production department to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and revise technical documents such as manuals, reports, brochures, or articles
  • Write and edit technical documents including reference manuals, product manuals and procedural documentation.
  • Determine the type of publication that will best serve the project requirements.
  • Plan writing processes and set and meet timelines and deadlines.
  • Gather feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturing to improve technical documents.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelors in English, Technical Writing or related field with 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment OR Associate degree in Engineering, or other related field with 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Exemplify our brand values of "Everything is Important" and provide excellent service instruction through written communication to our internal teams as well as our service partners.
  • Excellent written, grammatical, and verbal communications skills; ability to express ideas clearly and actively listen to others.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Team oriented with a strong ability to multi-task and work in a high-performance, fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to present complex data in clear, concise text.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and to work independently.

Location & Schedule:

This position is onsite in Carson, CA and may need to work as early as 5am or 6am.
