We are expanding our in-house lab capabilities and are seeking an experienced Dental Lab Technician who is confident with both traditional denture craftsmanship and modern digital processes.
Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician to support our growing prosthetics workflow. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with denture fabrication (complete and partial), as well as familiarity with digital design software and CAD/CAM systems or willingness to learn and be trained. This role requires precision, communication, and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate complete and partial dentures, repairs, and relines
- Set teeth and perform wax-ups, try-ins, and final processing
- Utilize digital lab systems, including scanning, digital design, and milling/printing workflows
- Collaborate with doctors and clinical team to ensure accurate case planning
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and equipment functionality within the lab
- Ensure all work meets high standards of esthetics, function, and turnaround time
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience as a Dental Lab Technician (denture emphasis)
- Strong understanding of denture fabrication from start to finish
- Knowledge of All-on-X cases start to finish
- Experience with digital design software (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape, etc.)
- Familiarity with 3D printing and/or milling systems a plus
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to adopt new technology
