We are looking for a talented and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and a deep understanding of beverage operations. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Take beverage orders from guests and servers.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions.
• Ensure the bar is stocked with necessary supplies, ingredients, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and responsibly address any issues.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Assist in developing new cocktail recipes and updating the drink menu.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bar equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TABC Required
