We are seeking a motivated Electrical Estimator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on electrical experience who is ready to grow their skills in estimating and contribute to a fun, collaborative work culture.

About the Role

The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for reviewing project documents, performing accurate takeoffs, and preparing competitive bids. This position requires strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and comfort working with computers and software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project scope.
  • Perform material and labor takeoffs using Bluebeam.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals in Excel.
  • Communicate with project managers, vendors, and suppliers for pricing and project details.
  • Ensure bids are accurate, competitive, and submitted on time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior hands-on electrical experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam for takeoffs and markup.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fun, team-oriented environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Compensation & Schedule
  • Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
