About the Role
We provide high quality home repair, maintenance, and handyman services for homeowners throughout Redwood City and nearby San Mateo County communities. As we grow our handyman services division, we are looking for a skilled and dependable Lead Handyman to help deliver consistent, high quality work and support day to day operations.
This is a full time, hands on role. You will take ownership of assigned jobs, respond quickly, and complete work within expected timeframes. You will also help set the standard for workmanship, professionalism, and customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Perform general home maintenance and repair work in residential homes
- Handle plumbing repairs such as leaks, toilets, faucets, and drain clogs
- Complete basic electrical work including light fixtures, switches, and outlets
- Perform painting, drywall patching, and minor finish work
- Install and repair doors, windows, and locks
- Perform basic carpentry, flooring repairs, and minor appliance fixes
- Communicate clearly with management on job status, materials, and next steps
- Provide before and after photos with short job notes for each work order
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and protect clients' homes
- Work professionally in occupied homes and around homeowners
- Take pride in exceeding customer expectations on every job
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician
- Strong, well rounded skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet commitments
- Reliable transportation and own basic, clean, organized tools
- Professional, clean cut appearance and strong work ethic
- Clear communication and accountability
- Enjoys working with people and being part of a growing team
- Quick learner with strong problem solving skills
- Valid California driver's license
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Based in or near Redwood City, CA

Pay: $ $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
