Job Title: Project Manager – Device Portfolio Assortment (Windows Consumer Category)

What's the Job?

  • Manage and maintain global Collection & Hero Device lists, ensuring alignment and change control across stakeholder groups.
  • Drive device assortment tracking, analysis, and reporting—including forecasts, results, and executive insights.
  • Support retailer assortment planning through templates, frameworks, heatmaps, and readiness materials.
  • Lead cross-functional multi-workstream project management, status reporting, and risk mitigation.
  • Publish core content updates such as scorecards, presentations, and newsletters to ensure stakeholder alignment.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of background in Consumer Retail, Silicon, or Device Partner engagement.
  • 8+ years managing complex, cross-functional projects with strong Excel/BI and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills with portfolio planning experience.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
