We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented
RealPage Systems Support Specialist
to join our team. This position is a vital part of the business systems and training team, responsible for analyzing, improving, and managing business systems to align with our organizational goals.

The role requires a strong understanding of multifamily property management and related software tools to enhance operational efficiency. The specialist will work directly with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our business systems.

*This Role is Remote, which requires residence in Texas*

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and resolve issues communicated via the ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolution of software-related problems.
  • Assist with ticket triage, documentation, and first-level RealPage support; escalate technical issues to the Manager or Senior Specialist as needed.
  • Provide end-user support and training to maximize software utilization and effectiveness.
  • Build familiarity with key software products used by the organization, with a strong preference for RealPage software experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business systems evolve to meet organizational needs.
  • Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies, escalating issues to senior leadership when necessary.
  • Communicate proactively regarding tools, resources, and support needed for success, demonstrating accountability

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing business systems, analyzing processes, and implementing improvements.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, support, or operations role.
  • Beginning to Intermediate proficiency with RealPage software, including managing system settings, roles, and rights across multiple products.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience using ticketing systems for issue management and resolution

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • At least 2 years of experience using OneSite Leasing & Rents.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess system functionality and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Practical communication skills, with the ability to guide users and stakeholders through technical and non-technical discussions.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with process improvement techniques and tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical users.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and willingness to take on additional administrative tasks when necessary
