$5,000.00 Signing Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with Integrity and Compassion
  • Empower and Support your team to ensure that they bring their best and most authentic selves to work every day
  • Partner with our Learning & Development team to ensure your team is properly trained and performing to their skillset and providing an unmatched client experience
  • Partner with the Medical Director to ensure Excellence in medical care and effectively create and maintain veterinarians' work schedules to ensure proper coverage to meet client needs
  • Manage various aspects of the facility including purchasing and property management
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Develop annual budgets and monitor, analyze, and report on practice revenue and other key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of Veterinary Management experience required.
  • Emergency veterinary experience is required.
  • Experience as a licensed veterinary technician (LVT) or certified veterinary practice manager (CVPM) is ideal but not required.
  • SHRM-CP, BS, MBA, or other advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building and staff development.
  • Decisive decision-making ability and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges.
