Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Operate the Qu POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders and answering questions about menu items.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen line and dining areas.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy restaurant environment.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or a quick service/fast food restaurant is preferred.
  • Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
