Job Title: Client Loan Specialist – Front-End Mortgage & Client Support

Location: Savannah, Ga.

Reports To: Managing Broker / Loan Specialist

Expected Start Date: Mid-December to Early January 2026

Position Summary:

We're looking for a Client Loan Specialist (CLS) to manage all front-end client interactions. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through lead intake, qualification, and preapproval readiness, while ensuring a smooth handoff to the Transaction Coordinator once loans are fully structured. This is a great role for someone organized, client-focused, and familiar with mortgage workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead intake and qualification of potential borrowers
  • Ensure application completeness and collect required documents
  • Assess preapproval readiness and guide clients through the initial mortgage process
  • Maintain front-end communication with clients and referral partners
  • Update pipeline and manage CRM information accurately
  • Deliver clean, organized files to processing
  • Manage the main office phone line and your direct line professionally

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and loan origination software (LOS)
