What You'll Do:

  • Build Strong Relationships: Engage with walk-in customers, creating meaningful connections that open doors to new sales opportunities.
  • Be a Product Expert: Accurately estimate products, answer complex questions, and provide expert advice to guide customers through their purchases.
  • Own Your Accounts: Take charge of major account relationships, strategizing to meet sales targets and deliver results across our full range of products.
  • Meet Your Sales Goals: Use your skills and drive to hit and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service every day to meet goals and your full earning potential.

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales Experience: If you have experience in flooring sales or a related field, you're already ahead of the game
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in software like Word, Excel, and Outlook—if you're comfortable with computers, you're good to go.
  • Construction Knowledge: A solid understanding of construction materials and their uses will help you better serve your customers.
  • Communication Skills: Whether written or verbal, you know how to convey your message clearly and persuasively.
  • Team Player: You work well with others, contributing to a positive, high-energy environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key, and you never miss a beat when it comes to managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Organized & Efficient: You manage your time and prioritize effectively, ensuring deadlines and goals are always met.
