TRUCKING DRIVER TYPE: COMPANY DRIVER

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

· SAFELY AND EFFICIENTLY DRIVE A VAC TRUCK TO TRANSPORT WATER OR COMPLETE SERVICE WORK, HAUL SCORIA, ROCK AND OTHER MATERIALS.

· FOLLOW AND ADAPT TO INSTRUCTIONS FROM CUSTOMERS AND MANAGERS.

· MANUALLY LOAD AND UNLOAD TRUCKS INDIVIDUALLY.

· PERFORM PRE-TRIP AND POST-TRIP INSPECTIONS TO ENSURE THAT MECHANICAL, SAFETY, AND EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT IS IN GOOD WORKING ORDER.

· BUILDING PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND DRIVERS.

· WILLING TO WORK IN A TEAM-ORIENTED ENVIRONMENT WITH CUSTOMERS AND CO-WORKERS.

· FOLLOW, MAINTAIN, AND ADHERE TO ALL SAFETY RULES SET FORTH BY THE COMPANY, DOT, AND OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR THE LOADING AND UNLOADING FACILITIES.

· DRIVER AND PERFORM IN ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS, INCLUDING BELOW-FREEZING TEMPERATURES.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE OILFIELD OR RELATED EXPERIENCE

· CLASS A COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE (CDL). TANKER HAZ/MAT ENDORSEMENTS ARE A PLUS

· ABILITY TO PASS AN INTERNAL DRIVING TEST

· SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE A COMPANY-APPROVED DOT PHYSICAL EXAMINATION, DRUG-TEST, AND BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION.

· MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE

EDUCATION:

· HIGH SCHOOL OR EQUIVALENT (PREFERRED)

EXPERIENCE:

· COMMERCIAL DRIVING: 2 YEARS- REQUIRED

· LICENSE / CERTIFICATION: CDL A

· WINCH TRUCK EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour
