Job Overview:
The Senior Analyst in Purchases and Sales provides problem-solving, reporting, project, and training support to the team. Drawing on a foundational level of knowledge of all team processes, the Senior Analyst supports department leadership on multiple and possibly overlapping projects. This role uses strong analytical and time management skills to multitask with multiple operational processes and multiple data input platforms. This role communicates complex issues in writing and verbally to managements, business partners, and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing existing processes and mitigating risk against future firm impact; updating and maintaining department controls and procedures
- Being proactive in order to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Making connections and offering creative recommendations on how to solve business challenges.
- Supporting audit requirements and participating in audit meetings and evaluations.
- Reengineering existing processes for improved experience and accuracy; leading project testing and implementation.

Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in the brokerage and/or financial services industry
- Experience with creating and updating macros, SQL queries, V-Lookup
Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with upper-management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with minimal supervision
- Ability to execute top priorities timely
Preferences:
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and/or additional licenses
Pay Range:
$69,975-$116,625/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
