Marijuana Farms New York (MFNY Group Corp) is an adult-use cannabis brand and a New York State Licensed Cultivator, Processor & Distributor. We are seeking an experienced cannabis enthusiast to serve as our Capital Region Brand Educator, conducting staff trainings at partner dispensaries, ensuring clean & up-to-date displays, as well as planning brand activations & community events with select partners.

Role Short Description:

MFNY brand & extraction education / visual merchandising / event coordination

Required:

  • Located within 15 miles of Rockland County, Orange County and Westchester
  • Passion for customer service & advanced soft skills & networking skills, ability to multitask and be a team player; fast learner mindset
  • Advanced knowledge of cannabis plant, extraction methods and manufacturing protocols at the facility
  • Advanced writing skills / caption creation using brand lingo guidelines
  • Advanced customer/ audience management skills (in person and online)
  • Advanced computer skills: Google Docs/Slack
  • Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a schedule of in-stores training & re-trainings on MFNY branded product line in the partner dispensaries
  • Proactively schedule and participate in brand activation days
  • Support social media content and calendar creation, using the brand marketing plan pillars, in coordination with Head of Brand & PR team
  • Collaborate with brand team and provide input on strategic initiatives and brand events
  • Monitor MFNY product correct representation online (stores websites) : images, descriptions, product availability in accordance with inventory. Proactively reach out to store partners to correct deficiencies
  • Monitor MFNY product displays and physical representation on dispensaries shelves: missing products, educational materials, display materials, branded displays creation in coordination with the brand team, marketing materials distribution
  • Manage swag items and ordering in coordination with Chief of Staff for trainings & events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $27.50 per hour
