Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee construction project from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Engineering and construction management, with expertise in scheduling, and quality control. This role requires excellent leadership skills to manage teams effectively while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Duties

  • Supervise daily operations on site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Utilize construction management spreadsheets for project scheduling and tracking.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and manage resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of workmanship.
  • Provide training and guidance to site personnel, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction management with a focus on site supervision.
  • Degree/background in Engineering and site supervision
  • Proficiency in Excel and construction management spreadsheets
  • Strong understanding of construction and project scheduling.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices on construction sites.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of pipeline construction processes is a plus.
  • Ability to operate tools such as an ohmmeter for quality assurance checks. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
