We are seeking an experienced finance attorney with six or more years of experience to join a Finance & Restructuring practice in the Dallas office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated matters, including workouts, bankruptcy, and related insolvency issues, as well as corporate finance transactions.

The attorney will be involved in a variety of financing structures, including senior debt, asset-based lending, cash-flow lending, sponsor finance, unitranche, and mezzanine transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Minimum of six years of corporate finance experience at a large law firm
  • Active admission to the Texas Bar
  • Strong communication and legal writing skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
