Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Ticketing Receptionist to join our Christmas event team at Stocking Full of Christmas at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort in Carlsbad. Are you as friendly as an elf? This role involves managing ticket sales, providing excellent customer service, and supporting event operations at the front of the event. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet guests and visitors warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service
• Manage ticket check-in processes by scanning guest tickets and giving them a wristband.
• Giving Guest instructions and answering questions
• Support event setup by organizing materials and coordinating with team members
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills with professional etiquette and communication abilities
• Ability to handle a busy environment while remaining calm and friendly
• Bilingual language skills are a plus for assisting diverse guests
• Arrive on-time/early for shifts

Pay: $22.00 per hour
