About the Role

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our dealership—building relationships, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchase process. You'll have access to top-tier inventory, strong management support, and all the tools you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner

  • Understand customer needs to recommend the right new or pre-owned vehicles

  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives

  • Follow up with leads from walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries

  • Work closely with management and finance to ensure a smooth buying experience

  • Maintain product knowledge on new models, features, and industry trends

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction standards

What We're Looking For

  • Previous automotive sales experience is a plus—but not required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A positive attitude and passion for customer service

  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-based role

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
