Overview

The overall C&W objective is to provide an open, data- centric, technology ecosystem that can provide short-term value and long-term flexibility as operational and workplace requirements change and new opportunities emerge.

C&W has worked with numerous industry-leading technology vendors to identify a connected and interoperable set of solutions.
This is a full-time position and can be located anywhere in the United States with the ability to work from home, office, or hoteling space as required. Travel is required.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Intelligence Solutions team (BI) is responsible for delivery of all data analytics and governance in support of both GOS service lines and GOS clients. The Business Intelligence Manager's responsibilities include data mapping, data assessments and analysis, data governance support, POC dashboard development, user acceptance testing, reporting support, opportunity assessments, tabular model support, workplace trend analysis, benchmarking analysis, and general product support for client BI platform.
Primary Duties
- Support the client and account team to design, build, and implement dashboards aligned with the client's BI platform and global data strategy initiatives
- Lead BI platform initiatives to enhance the overall delivery of insights to all clients
- Lead data assessment and data mapping exercises to support system integration projects
- Manage Intake/Backlog, data dictionary, report inventory and process for developing custom dashboards for the client and for the platform
- Partner with the client technology team to understand their technical requirements
- Ability to manage key client and account team relationships
- Liaise with BI platform (BI Solutions Team) to ensure dashboard prototype design and build meets business requirements
- Proactively analyze the client's portfolio and provide support in identifying risks and opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement in the automation and standardization of data requirements
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to transform data, automate workflows and develop analytical tools
- Work effectively with all areas of the business to identify required dashboard visualizations and associated calculations to build dashboards
- Technical documentation and process documentation as required for activities within the data workstream
- Provide guidance and training to the account team employees on BI platform
- Provide both verbal and written updates to management on the progress of work
Knowledge & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering or Technology
Experience in:
- Client and stakeholder management
- Business analytics or data visualization software
- Advanced Power BI development – including complex DAX, data modeling, and Power Query
- Data mapping and modeling
- Alteryx or similar, data extraction for data preparation and workflow automation
- SQL for querying and transforming data is preferred
- Python or similar for data processing or automation tasks preferred
- Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint
- Working within a BI or software product team environment
- Tableau is a plus
- Handling commercial real estate data is a plus
