Our Go-To-Market Coordinators (GTMC) help drive pipeline through demand acceleration activities. The team serves as an extension of our industry teams to create and execute their go-to-market plans. Key responsibilities include content strategy, copywriting and content creation, live event support, social media management, and project coordination across various departments. The ideal candidate brings strategic and executional talents, attention to detail, and a drive to explore what's possible. Key Responsibilities:- Actively contributes to developing and facilitating the execution of go-to-market campaigns and content strategies to achieve stated objectives.
- Provides strategic guidance to industry teams on digital marketing, advising on best practices and prioritization to optimize go-to-market efforts.
- Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution; oversees scope and timelines across multiple industry verticals.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to help write compelling digital content (website, social media, blog, email) and print media (e.g., event collateral), ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice across channels.
- Stay knowledgeable on assigned industries, target audiences, key business objectives, and competitive landscape.
- Assist leadership teams by preparing and maintaining project plans, status reports, and communication for key projects.
- Assist with internal projects to grow and mature the team's capabilities and impact within the firm.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, across departments, at different levels within the firm – Required.

- Demonstrates understanding of Go-To-Market and Marketing concepts - Required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills – Required
- Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics, tables, speaker notes & handouts, etc. – Required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. – Required
- Comfortable with working on a growing team with evolving processes and ways of working - Required
- Experience with B2B Marketing – Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Marketing, or related fields of study – Preferred

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $85,100 - $161,Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
