Looking for Reliable, Responsible and Self-Driven Candidate to join the team as a Lead Supervisor/Assistant Manager

I would like a self-starter individual that understand the importance of assisting the assistant manager in supervising CBRF staff, day-to-day functions of facility, escort resident to appointment, record keeping, walk through of the facility to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the residents. Being readily available if the assistant manager need your help in coverage in event of no show/no call.

Full understand the the care of the residents are an priority.

A caregiver's job can change at a moment's notice. It may be helping them move from their bed to a chair to escorting to a doctor's appointment. Because of this, it's even more important to understand the range of roles and responsibilities you may need to take on during your time as a caregiver

Lead Supervisor/ Assistant Manager is responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the Facility Manager. Their duties include supervising employees during day-to-day tasks, monitoring medication management, deescalated situations and managing the overall workflow of a workplace.

Job Duties and responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate doctor appointments.
  • Escort residents to doctor appointments
  • Develop good customer relationships.
  • Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes of employees
  • Smooth out problems within the workplace.
  • Address employee and customer concerns.
  • Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
  • Email and phone correspondence as required to discuss
  • Liaise between managers and resident, guardian,
  • Provide direction to staff.
  • Monitor spending patterns and budget
  • Support ongoing learning and development of team members.
  • Help create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.

  • Responsible for working directly with Facility Manager with day to day operation of the facilities

  • Coordinate/Escort Transportation for resident to/from appointments You may work up to 2 shifts (8-12hrs) as a caregiver and remaining as a lead supervisor with tasks delegated by Management.

Qualifications:

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND and willing to step up for on call hours or develop your on-call pool "Demand On Call".

**WHAT "ON-CALL" DETAILS:

On-Call hours various (In the event an emergency occurs with staffing and/or residents)

You must be reliable, dependable and hard worker individual

Within 90 days of HIRE Current TB/Physical Between these months (Statement on form stating "free of communicable disease")

CBRF certificates (UW Registry)

Valid Driver License/Clean Driving Record will to commute

At least a 2 years of supervisor experiences working in a CBRF or AFH

Computer skills a must (Incident report/ISP) ECP knowledgeable is REQUIRED

Must pass the Caregiver and Criminal Background Check
