Your culinary expertise and commitment to crafting memorable dishes will play a vital role in bringing the rich flavors of Southern cuisine to our guests' plates.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a diverse range of Southern dishes following established recipes and guidelines.Ensure the quality, presentation, and consistency of each dish, meeting our restaurant's high standards.Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage food orders, timing, and overall kitchen efficiency.Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation standards.QualificationsCulinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and proper food handling procedures.Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing demands.Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a passion for delivering exceptional food to our guests.Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays Stand and move for the duration of shift.Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Work near hot surfaces and open flames.Use knives and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Perform repetitive motions (chopping, stirring) Who we are:Hen Quarter is a fun-causal, full-service restaurant inspired by the power of the table to bring people together and the rich culinary traditions of the south.
