We're looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented, and reliable Warehouse Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company that values dedication and teamwork.
Job Summary
As our Warehouse Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every job goes out and returns smoothly. You'll handle preps, returns, truck loading/unloading, and inventory management. Experience in film and television equipment—such as Grip, Electric, Camera Support, Production Supplies, and Expendables—is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with Flex Rental Solutions (our equipment tracking software) is also a bonus but not necessary—we'll provide training.
Key Responsibilities
Preps, Loads & Returns
- Prep and stage jobs for outgoing productions.
- Load and unload trucks and vans safely and efficiently.
- Scan and verify all outgoing and returning equipment using Flex.
- Identify and report any missing, damaged, or malfunctioning equipment to the Returns or Repairs Manager.
- Ensure all missing/damaged items are documented for billing.
- Perform occasional local drop-offs and pickups as needed.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling—overtime may be required during busy production periods.
- Uphold a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude throughout the day.
Fleet & Facility Maintenance (Secondary Focus)
- Conduct vehicle inspections and report potential issues to the Fleet Coordinator.
- Keep all vehicles, storage areas, and the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
General Shop Management
- Maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
- Assist with or prioritize small repairs as needed.
- Support warehouse and operations staff with day-to-day needs.
- Recommend process improvements, tools, or systems that increase shop efficiency.
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse, production, or logistics experience.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible work ethic.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license required (ability to drive box trucks preferred).
- Familiarity with film or lighting equipment a plus.
- Experience with Flex Rental Solutions or similar asset tracking software is a bonus.
