Our mental health professionals earn competitive salaries, with potential to increase income by adjusting caseloads. Pre-licensed therapists start around $60,000/year on average working with 25 clients per week, with flexibility to see anywhere from 15 to 30 clients, allowing you to earn over $70,000/year. Once you have your license, you can expect a salary increase, and, additionally, licensed professionals have the opportunity to become clinical supervisors and increase their earnings even further.

What You'll Do:

• Provide clinical counseling services to a range of clients
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients per week.
• Diagnose clients ethically and according to best practices.
• Complete all required documentation and treatment records in a timely manner.
• Participate in clinical supervision and attend team meetings.
• Promote a positive team culture and communicate with clients in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid license or pre-license in Colorado or are planning on applying for licensure or pre-licensure in Colorado in the next six months.
• We encourage out-of-state candidates to apply as we do not require our therapists to live in Colorado
