Overview

Join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Labor – Shipping/Receiving, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory management. You'll be responsible for handling shipments, stocking inventory, and supporting order fulfillment processes to meet customer demands promptly. Responsibilities

  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to move products safely and efficiently
  • Receive incoming shipments by verifying quantities and inspecting for damages using warehouse management systems
  • Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately for delivery
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory using order pickers and warehouse distribution techniques to optimize space and accessibility
  • Use basic math skills to count stock, verify order quantities, and ensure accurate documentation in systems
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment by organizing work areas and adhering to safety protocols
  • Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment to support effective warehouse management
  • Knowledge of crate building a plus

Requirements

  • Prior warehouse experience is preferred
  • Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes safely (forklift certification required)
  • Strong attention to detail for order picking, packing, and verifying shipments accurately
  • Basic math skills for counting inventory and processing orders
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects (50+) regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team
