We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and elevate the overall customer experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional service delivery, and foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will drive success through effective management, strategic problem-solving, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Duties
- Lead and supervise customer service staff, providing coaching, training, and development to enhance performance and engagement
- Manage daily e-commerce operations, including shift management, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to company policies
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize product presentation and availability
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, employing negotiation skills to reach satisfactory resolutions
- Conduct interviews and participate in recruiting efforts to build a skilled and motivated team
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store traffic and sales performance using Tiktok and Instagram
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, Wordpress systems operation, and overall store policies
Experience
- Proven management experience in retail or customer service environments with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong background in employee recruitment, training & development, and team leadership
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally across diverse audiences
- Demonstrated expertise in retail sales management, merchandising, inventory control, and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with Shipstation or WooCommerce are beneficial
- Experience in supervising staff during shifts while managing budgets and scheduling efficiently
- Knowledge of e-commerce backend systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities through effective time management and organizational skills
