Job Summary

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Construction Workers to join our growing team. This position involves hands-on work in various phases of construction and masonry projects. The ideal candidate will be dependable, willing to learn, and ready to work outdoors in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with general construction and masonry work including bricklaying, stone setting, and concrete repair
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
  • Mix and prepare mortar, cement, and other building materials
  • Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures on all job sites
  • Support skilled masons, foremen, and project managers as needed
  • Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling materials
  • Report progress or any issues to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

  • Previous construction or masonry experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and follow directions
  • Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction is a plus
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • OSHA certification or willingness to obtain is a plus
