Job Description
Join an innovative precision medicine oncology company, dedicated to discovering, developing, and commercializing transformative therapies for cancer. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the clinical development programs. This role is a full-time, on-site contract position based in San Diego, California, working closely with the Chief Medical Officer, Clinical Development leadership, and the HR team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to build a top-tier candidate pipeline.
- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Conduct strategic in-take planning meetings with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Build strong rapport with hiring managers, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and compliance regulations related to hiring activities.
- Utilize compelling communication skills to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Demonstrate innovation in candidate search and sourcing techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide guidance.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- At least 5 years of experience hiring for Clinical Development functions within the biotech/pharma industry.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance related to the recruiting process.
- Experience in networking, sourcing, and finding talent.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
- High sense of urgency to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and an analytical mindset.

Work Environment
Work in a fast-paced, innovative biotech startup environment. The role is based in San Diego, California, and offers the opportunity to collaborate with a team of brilliant minds dedicated to advancing oncology medicine. The position involves using advanced tools like LinkedIn AI corporate tools and an applicant tracking system to manage the candidate pipeline. The dress code is business casual, and the work schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South San Francisco, CA.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $ $130.00/hr.
