Global Property and Casualty Provider seeks a Solution Architect with experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions for the insurance industry. You will be responsible for leading the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of cloud -based products and services on Azure. You will work closely with product managers, developers, testers, and customers to ensure that our solutions meet their business needs and quality standards. Responsibilities:Define and document the technical architecture and design of our cloud -based products and services on AzureProvide technical leadership and guidance to the development teams and ensure alignment with the architectural vision and standardsDesign and implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions using Azure services and best practicesReview and evaluate the technical feasibility, quality, and performance of the solutions delivered by the development teamsCollaborate with product managers, customers, and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specificationsResearch and evaluate new technologies and trends in the cloud and insurance domains and provide recommendations for improvement and innovationMentor and coach junior architects and developers and foster a culture of learning and excellence Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field10 years of experience in software architecture, design, and development5 years of experience in working with Azure cloud platform and servicesStrong knowledge of cloud architecture patterns, principles, and best practicesProficient in C#, .NET, SQL, and Azure DevOpsExperience in using Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, etc.Experience in applying security, performance, and scalability considerations to cloud solutionsExperience in Property & Casualty insurance industry and familiarity with insurance business processes and systems is preferred.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem -solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast -paced and dynamic environment.Certification in Azure Solution Architect or equivalent is a plus * U.S. Citizen or Green Card Required *
