Sandstone Estates is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexibility while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Occupational Therapist in carrying out treatment plans tailored to each resident's needs.
  • Support residents in regaining independence with daily living activities.
  • Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
  • Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Current certification/licensure as a COTA in the state of Arizona.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for working with seniors in a skilled nursing environment.
  • Previous experience in a SNF or rehab setting preferred but not required.
