We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in construction project management and a background in architecture, engineering, or a related field. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractors, and materials management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Oversee subcontractors in field and communicate with clients' project updates.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status and financials.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and progress reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong client communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Travel between project sites throughout the city.
